The Ant and Prophet Sulayman (AS)

From the Qur'an – Surah An-Naml (27:18–19) Long, long ago, there lived a wise and kind prophet named Sulayman (AS). He was not only a king, but Allah had given him a very special gift — he could understand the language of animals! Prophet Sulayman had a big army. It wasn’t just made of people — there were birds, animals, and even jinn marching with him! One sunny day, his army was walking through a beautiful valley. But this valley was home to many tiny ants! As the army came closer, a small ant saw the soldiers and shouted: 🗣️ “O ants! Quickly, go into your homes so Sulayman and his army don’t step on you by mistake!” Even though she was tiny, the ant was trying to protect her whole community. Prophet Sulayman (AS) heard her! Allah had given him the power to understand the ant’s warning. He smiled gently and felt so thankful in his heart. He raised his hands and said a special prayer to Allah: “O Allah, help me to be thankful for all the blessings You’ve given me and my family, and help me to do good things that make You happy.”
